Rasheeda Shadonn Collins, MBA, serves as Chief Financial Officer of JustOneCall.tech where she oversees financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives that support the company’s mission of delivering reliable solutions to the communities it serves.

An accomplished financial professional and entrepreneur, Rasheeda brings extensive experience in business administration, financial management, operational leadership, and client relations. She holds associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in Business Administration from American InterContinental University and is currently a doctoral candidate.

Rasheeda is also the Founder of Xion Capital, where she advocates for financial literacy and helps individuals and business owners strengthen their financial futures through education and strategic planning. Her leadership style is rooted in accountability, service, and operational excellence—principles developed during her distinguished military career in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy. Her diverse background enables her to bridge financial strategy with mission-driven business growth.
